First. Who is Christie Ho? I have never met this person, worked with her, or know any connection between her and Eagle Pipe and Mechanical. Why am I writing this survey to her? Second, I believe Eagle Pipe, especially Mike and Jacob, did a wonderful job selling me on my American Standard product and installing it. We love our system. I am very disappointed Jacob has moved on, and I do hope you find a quality replacement. Dominick, who made recent service call, seems like a quality person and a good prospect. Dominick came out to diagnose a 'ticking' sound in our outdoor unit. We stood there and listened for 30 minutes, but couldn't get the problem to duplicate. He charged me nearly $200 for the trip from Bremerton. Alicia said she would adjust that charge, but nothing has happened. I believe she forgot. Eagle has moved to Bremerton, and that means I will not have the service I believe I require. I know they were thinking seriously about that move prior to the installation of my system, but they went ahead and sold me the system, knowing they probably wouldn't be around to support me. I now have a complicated Heat Pump system that doesn't really have people in the company to support it, as Jacob has moved on. And, the company itself is miles away. I'm feeling like a made a poor decision to go with Eagle.
