Jow was great he explained very well the A/C for the first time in ten yrs someone who works for ECM went up the roof and checked, I was always told the wrong info for all the A/C techs who came here except last two. My heat hasn't been hooked up sense I own this place, last tech came out 5 min fixed said there was no heat hooked up ? why when I called many times and said it was ok. had techs come out many many times for no cold air they all said it was ok, after two yrs of that called in A/C repair man he went to roof and told me freon was very low , ECM told me it was fine, so repair man put in freon worked fine after.same with Disposal stopped calling all he would do is throw in ice cubes and say its fineWrong again after 3 yrs I replace it as it was a rust bucked. so Question is Why am I still with ECM , Joe and last repair man who fixed heat did good job so now contaplaiting weather I'm going to stay or change companies , thanks Joe
