ECM sent me a wonderful technician this morning. Benjamin did everything possible to make the yearly service to my HVAC easy. He arrived on time, came cheerfully to my door, and made a quick yet thorough job of reviewing my unit indoors. He explained to me how to pour Clorox into the unit when I change the filter and how to better access the unit by moving the door closure. He checked the air flow at several points in the ceiling and exhibited more great customer service when sharing his knowledge with me. After checking the compressor unit on the roof, Benjamin returned to my condo. He explained everything he had found and I signed the receipt. I am a happy customer. Thank you Benjamin.
