When renewing my contract, I was hesitant because of the $45 TRIP CHARGE if the tech does not have item on truck to fix problem and has to return. This is excessive in my opinion. If I have a service call and am required to pay double, maybe triple, it's going to make me think again for next year. Shirley in the renewal dept somehow convinced me to renew for another year. Just sayin'.....But appreciate the call from office today that due to heavy rain, the tech might be delayed (11 to 3pm). As it turned out, he was here before 3 but appreciated the possible delay.
