We have been ECM customers for years. As long as you get the first appointment of the day you will be fine. Otherwise they often quite an block of time they will be there and either they don't show up or they show up late. Even with this fact the service is worth it. They have saved us a lot of money over the years including providing a new water heater when our old one broke. The technicians are always polite and competent.
