The gentlemen who took care of a problem with my furnace not working were pleasant, knowledgeable and arrived promptly. After they left, there was another problem with the furnace and the Technicians were back within 5 minutes. It was a problem unrelated to what they fixed the first time they were here and required a new part - they had to go to Columbus to get it. (I live in Etna) Their Boss, Brett Moore told them since I'd been a customer for many years and had a service contract, there would be no charge for the part. All this took the better part of their day to take care of, but they were happy to do it. You can't ask for better service than that! Demonstrates why I'm a long time customer.
