My AC stopped blowing cool air on a Saturday afternoon during a heat wave. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix my AC until Monday. I called ECI and James showed up within an hour. He did a great thorough job and got my AC running again.

Arrived right on time!! Pleasant and friendly (all service reps for ECI are this way). Explained all the new required parts and showed us how to make changes if necessary for water temp. Great company with great service!

Checked out heater and discovered a few problems we were unaware of, plus the fact that our water heater needed to be upgraded and let us know immediately before a real problem happened. ECI staff are always courteous and explain any issues.
