Nick and James installed my new system in under two days. They went above and beyond to ensure my total satisfaction and answer my questions. They were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, and super neat, using cloth tarps inside the house to protect my floors and stairs. They did a fabulous job!

This team of 3 was excellent. Arrived on time. Set up and worked efficiently throughout the day. Drop cloths everywhere they needed to walk in the house. Explained what was going on with installation. Found a better alternative to do the wiring than originally presented. Couldn’t ask for a nicer, more professional team. Highly recommend!

ECI installed Mitsubishi ductless systems for me last October (2019). The quality work and professionalism convinced me to use them for all future HVAC needs.
