This was our first maintenance visit since we had our High Velocity A/C installed last spring. The service guy was extremely helpful in explaining some fine points of maintenance behaviors to optimize our system. Very helpful, efficient and committed to excellent customer service/sqtisfaction.

The technician was actually early which was fine with me. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He even adjusted my vents on the ceiling for me and changed the filter on my humidifier. The personal service is what keeps me coming back to ECI The price was great too!
