Came out for heat pump tune up. Signed for heat pump plan. Made recommendations on surge protector to ensure proper functions. Stay warm this winter and enjoy all your holidays, your friendly techs, Selinda and Alex
Performed tune up on a high velocity system. Checked all connections and safety’s. Unit running properly. Be safe and enjoy the spring.
Completed hydro coil tune up, Signed up for AC maintenance plan and Hydro coil maintenance plan. Made recommendations for Indoor air quality solutions and recommended having a heat pump as a primary source of heat with the hydro coil as the back up emergency heat.
Completed two ductless split heat pump maintenance tune up, covered under maintenance plan.

Installed a Ecobee4 thermostat and replaced non ozone air scrubber cell
Performed a gas tune up on a 80% Amana furnace. Checked all operations and cleaned unit. Ran combustion test to ensure unit was running safe and properly. Stay safe and have an awesome holiday.
