Mike was professional from the front door on. He and his co-worker (I forgot his name) were respectful of my home. He explained the problem ... told me the one of two problems were causing the issue ... fixed it with the less expensive repair ... and TOLD ME IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, SINCE IT WILL BE COLD HE WILL KEEP THE OTHER PART (FAN MOTOR) ON THE TRUCK ...CALL ME IF YOU NEED ME! After 16 years of perfect performance since ECI's original installation, the blower hung in our attic failed. Within just a few days, ECI had our A/C back up and running with a new blower & coil. Our attic in the Summer is a very hot & cramped space, but Frank & Nick arrived on time on the appointed morning, and removed & replaced the equipment without a hitch. Drop cloths were placed throughout the house and any dirt or insulation that may have fallen from the small attic access hatch was vacuumed up so at the end of the day you wouldn't know they had been here except for the fact that once again our home was cool & comfortable.
