Our experience was excellent. Our salesperson (Ron) was very helpful and informative. The installation went very well. They did a very thorough and clean job. The maintenance done on our old unit to hold it over until replacement was done very well. The technician made sure we were comfortable until the unit was able to be replaced. We are very happy we chose ECI.
