Yesterday Mike from Energy Comfort came out to install a part for our heater. He and Alice from the office coordinated the appointment and the service was completed in a friendly and professional manner. ECI responded quickly when my furnace failed at the start of the cold weather season. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly even though the part was in short supply.
