For the second time, Mike called ahead and showed up on time as he did the first time. He had all the correct parts and repaired our humidifier in a timely manner. He tested the equipment, which was working fine, and before he left, he went over the humidistat settings and showed how to increase/decrease the humidity. He was very pleasant and informative during the repair.

Mike showed up early and was very friendly. A very easy person to talk to. He went over all of the options for our humidifier and their costs, including just a repair, to a full replacement, but did not push at all for the full replacement. He was very thorough with the repair process and showed the cost. I received a receipt of his visit within minutes after he left. Overall, it was a more than a very pleasant customer service call.

Arrived at call to perform furnace maintenance customer kept getting fault code 33 looked into the issue saw that a vent was closed and raised up the fan speed to help move more air in. As well helped and explained to customer how to setup the scheduling for the thermostat.
Arrived at call to perform furnace maintenance on an attic and basement unit. Made sure both units were operating properly by testing them till satisfied and making sure they are safe to operate by performing a carbon monoxide test.
