Quinn went over and beyond to not only make sure our equipment was working properly, but also safely. Quinn indicated that a carbon monoxide reading was exceeding limits in our home. Quinn checked our stack at the base of our furnace and water heater to determine if there was a blockage which wasn’t found. He exhausted all possible reasons, including within the attic. His last attempt was to go on roof and check the chimney stack with cap on roof. Roof work was performed a month ago. Quinn found that the cap was not on correct, as a cupping action to the exhaust was taking place. Upon reinstalling the cap properly, the carbon monoxide readings inproved.
