The Effective Air representatives were here for almost 5.5hrs on a Friday night!! trying to work through the problem with our furnace. I would suspect that most other repair shops would have quickly pointed to a "quick fix" that would have undoubtedly cost into the thousands. The three gentlemen who showed up throughout this process were extremely courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing and the problem they were working to solve. Couldn't be happier with the attention to detail provided by these professionals. Never felt like they were leading me down the path of a major appliance purchase.
