Called Effective Air for not only routine maintenance, but an issue with my furnace. Scott was so professional and informative. I was present when he was doing his "diagnosis" of my furnace issue. Had to go upstairs for 10 minutes and when I went upstairs for 10 minutes and when I came back, he had taken a phone video to show me what was happening. Honest, trustworthy, informative and efficient!
