My furnace went out while I was at work. I called ELITE at 7PM and repairman Juan was at my house within 30 minutes. The board on my Bryant furnace went out and he had to order the specific part. The following day another worker came and installed the part. The furnace worked for about 4 hours. I called Juan about the issue and he came out within 30 minutes and trouble shooted the unit again. He found an issue with the capacitor on my blower and made sure my furnace was working. Most repairmen would tell you to either to replace the blower fan but Juan at ELITE is an honest repair technician. I only call ELITE because they stand behind their work and they get the job done. I've had a great experience with Juan and ELITE due to their honest practices and professionalism.
