Very nice about explaining what had gone wrong and things to watch out for in the future. Was unable to do anything the first day because the lines were frozen (my fault) so he went out of his way to come back the next day to take care of the issue. Great value and thorough.

Alex and E&M is the most responsive and fairly priced HVAC company I've ever worked with. Recently had AC go out he was there to troubleshoot the problem the same day. The very next morning he was there again with the replacement part. An housr later we were up and running again. All at a fair price. You can't ask for anything more.
