Our technician, Justin, serviced our A/C unit, showed us our filter, educated us on how frequently we should be changing our filter, and then helped us find where we could purchase the correct filter unit. Very satisfied with our experience!

Upon completion of furnace and ac test and tune. Found a lot of corrosion on heat exchanger and failed smoke test and has high co2 reading of 130ppm going out chimney. ac evaporated coil is actively leaking and runs on R22 which is being phased out by 2020, ac compressor is starting to fail(20megohms). System is split and tied together by duct work. Blower motor for heater is belt driven, belt is about to break and blower wheel is filthy. Got Justine out to discuss unit replacement. Customer is working with warranty company for coverage on new system and will let us know what happens.
Found dual capacitor reading 0mfd. Installed new capacitors for both the fan and compressor, washed condnosing unit and ensured proper refrigerant charge.
Upon completion of ac inspection found completely plugged filter, installed new one till customer get new one. Recomended becoming a member of our comfort sle t plan, also recomended aprilaire air cleaner to catch more pollens and to supply once a year filter, declined both at this time. System checks out good at this time no operational issues at this time. Filter needs to be replaced every month to three months.
Installed whole house humidifier. Ensured proper operation. No other work needed or wanted at this time.
Completed furnace test and tune. Only component found that’s starting to fail was the hot surface igniter(flat style), should read between 40-80ohms and currently reading 86ohms. Gave pricin* to replace no other issues found at this time. Installed new igniter, cycled on and off several times to ensure proper operation
Installed humidifier and WiFi thermostat. Ensured proper operation. No issues at this time.
Determined that the customer had a bad heat exchanger and inducer motor. Recommended getting estimate for new one but declined at this time.
Service call no issues present. Sold comfort select plan so the boiler can get cleaned next year
Found dual capacitor bad, installed new dual capacitor, made adjustments to fan blade from previous service company that was out who had replaced the condenser fan motor.
