Determined that the system was low on refrigerant. Added two pounds of R22. Dual capacitor was also out of tolerance, installed new dual capacitor and then ensured proper operation. Took static pressure and got reading of 1.08 with current filter. No other issues found at this time. Did express my concerns of style of refrigerant. Customer is aware there is no warranty with the refrigerant only on the capacitor.
