Mike M was unlike any HVAC tech I have ever had. He actually explained what he was going. I am 68 and finally know WHY I need a tech every year to come check my furnace and AC unit! Very informative and professional! Will always request him. Hold on to this guy!

Completed boiler test and tune cleaning inspection. No operational issues found. Did find some corrosion underneath burners. Air vents appear to be working properly but one of them has some water stains. Customer had said the water stain was there from the last boiler.
Found low voltage fuse blown, causing the blower motor to run constantly.determined that the wires at the floor going out to condensing unit where stripped and shorting out on the duct work, gave pricing to repair only section of stripped wire 3ft but customer declined repair and said they wanted to fix it. Did find a dirty filter and showed how to replace filter and expressed concern for it being replaced every 3 months.
