Darrell arrived on time and worked diligently on cleaning my outside unit. He made sure he wore the booties inside to protect the carpet, which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly and polite and explained everything to me. He also checked the inside unit and re taped the parts he checked. He did a very good job. He cleaned up all his mess. I really appreciated getting this taken care of promptly. As my a/c wasn’t even working today. The unit had overheated.
