I only rated three stars because of all the oil spilled on the basement floor and the oil odor in the house that lingers now. The installation personnel did and overall great job of the installation. I fault the company for not providing their employees with the correct and operational equipment. It took two days to replace the oil tank because they did not have a transfer pump that worked. Two days the old oil tank sat in the basement open, I the odor in the house was overwhelming and still is in the basement two days after they finished. Had the company provided a working transfer pump and NEW PIG matts to put on the floor there would not have been oil soaking into the concrete floor. The crew was was even more frustrated than I was at not being able to do the job quickly and professionally. I would have given a a five star rating if it was not for the hassle with the oil tank. I don't know if I will ever get all the oil smell out of the house. I took it upon my self to research and purchase a special product to remove oil from the concrete in hope of eliminating the odor. Currently I am living with the windows open 24/7 and a fan running 24/7.
