Maintenance Checklist: Checked and replaced air filter(client changes monthly which is great ) Inspected blower assembly and motor. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Tested ignition and safety controls. Inspected heat exchanger for cracks or corrosion. Verified proper venting and clear condensate drain. Tested thermostat operation and cycling. Inspected refrigerant levels and coil condition. Checked electrical connections, capacitors, and contactors. Verified supply/return airflow and temperature split.
