Furnace Maintenance: Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Customer states house gets too cold before unit turns on. Added a drain t to the venting. And bumped the system cycle rate in the thermostat.
Fireplace maintenance and inspection. Fireplace is working well at this time, found no problems or concerns during visit. Replaced fireplace grill that was falling apart. Customer had purchased universal cast iron fireplace grill. Installed new and reconfigured log set the best I could. Fireplace working safely at this time.
