Joanne my contact at the office was always courteous and exceptionally efficient. From my initial contact, to ordering, installation and follow up service. No hidden fees or warranty issues. Shortly after installation (which was arranged in 24hrs) I called. Discussed the concerns I was having and arranged for a technician to drop by the very day. Andrew solved the issue and explained how he adjusted it. He also advised how to further manage and if I have any questions or issues to call Evan’s and a technician will be dispatched asap. Fireplace burners had been intermittently dropping out which is what caused the service call. Fireplace had a recent maintenance by another company. Found that the most important parts of a fireplace maintenance did not look very clean. (Ex. Glass, themopile, thermocouple) Cleaned glass as it had heavy buildup. Cleaned thermocouple and thermopile as they had buildup on them, could have been the cause of the issue. Thermopile reading is much stronger after cleaning. The thermopile being dirty was likely was the cause of the problems, however if they reoccur the pilot assembly will need to be ordered in and replaced. Office will source out part and price just to give an idea of cost and availability.
Goodman Service call Upon arrival unit was not running. No error codes present and tenant stated they changed the filter yesterday. When taking the furnace doors off, doors were poorly secured and both fell off Tested unit and unit ran with no issues and satisfied at 75°. Thermostat is located upstairs tenant and no zone system present for downstairs tenant to regulated heat downstairs. Filter was also dirty and could have been an issue with the system shutting down System working safely and efficiently and time of service Landlocked not present at time of service and was emailed invoice
John wood water heater service call Upon arrival, unit is working but customer had concerns of corrosion on tank. Both inlet and outlet of the tank are very corroded and could develop a leak in the future. The tank is 10 years old and don’t recommend fixing the tank due to age. Quoted new pv 60 and Pv 50 tank for the customer. Tank is a rental and customer is double checking with rental company to ensure the tank is bought out before we install.
No heat call. 2004 Gibson furnace. Found pressure switch no closing due to drain back up. Cleared clog in drain trap and serviced furnace. Furnace operating normally. If major repairs needed in future it is advised to plan for replacement. Provided replacement options for consideration.
Heat and glo fireplace maintenance. No concerns noted , wall switch has intermittent issue. Recommended upgrading to remote control. Fireplace in good condition. Mentioned our other services including furnace maintenance.
Thermostat install Arrived on site and installed customer supplied thermostat. Tested thermostat and ensured it was having the furnace come on and off correctly. Everything is running safely and efficiently at this Customer will pay over the phone or e transfer
Inducer motor seized. Needs replacement. Further furnace testing to be done when motor is replaced. *Disclaimer-cannot guarantee other parts of furnace are failed or faulty until inducer motor is replaced. We cannot guarantee furnace will not need other repairs until inducer is replaced. Replaced inducer motor and tested furnace. Client joined comfort club for furnace. Performed first maintenance and repair was successful. For the age of the furnace it is in good working condition. Cleaned and service parts as needed and performed full testing. Client will call in spring for ac maintenance.
Lennox service call Upon arrival unit was give me 7 flash code for limit lockout. Upon testing unit found the blower motor was not running and confirmed. We had 120 V present to the motor. Unit is 11 years old and in good shape no reason to replace unit at this time. Will have office quote out the cost to replace the blown motor and circuitboard Customer does have space heaters to maintain a decent temperature inside the house at this time

Furnace and Air Conditioner Replacement
Lennox furnace repair Upon arrival removed and installed new dual pressure switch. Went ahead and tested unit, and allowed unit to do system calibration and also let the system run. Unit calibrated correctly and ran well with no issues. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time.
