Furnace Maintenance: Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently.
Furnace repair: Pilot Assembly needs to be replaced. Pilot will light but the thermopile will not reached operational milli voltage. Recommend replacing pilot assembly for proper operation of fireplace. Reaching out to office for a quote on part.

Results: - Furnace cannot run due to failed flame rod. - Further diagnostic required once the flame rod is replaced. Inspected wiring to confirm secure connections and overall safety. Cleaned and polished the viewing glass using a specialized fireplace glass cleaner for optimal clarity. Conducted a detailed cleaning of the pilot assembly to ensure reliable performance.

Trane furnace comfort club maintenance and inspection. Furnace is operating safely and efficiently and in good condition at this time. Humidifier water valve was fully open causing large amounts of water to go down the drain. This was likely the cause of too much moisture windows and water on the floor by the floor drain. Changed valve position to about 90% closed where it should be. Recommend setting humidistat back to original position to see if moisture levels return to normal.
