When the 3rd technician arrived at the agreed upon time, he did a great job. He was the same young man who recently installed my new water tank. My original appointment had been set up between 1-5 pm. I had an important zoom call between 12-1. The first technician showed up at 10:15; I am recovering from a concussion and had just got up. I sent his away and a other tech showed up at 11:15, right when I was in the middle of my call. Sent him away. When you confirm an appointment the night before between 1-2, then do not show up 2 hours early, especially without warning. I did not appreciate having to answer the door in my nightgown.

Furnace maintenance/ service call . Inducer motor full of water , secondary heat exchanger leaking . I have also recommended an air conditioner maintenance, as the condenser is very dirty
Trane furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating well with no issues at time of testing . Found small leak between inducer motor and furnace drain trap , added a clamp to the hose connected to trap . Tested and verified humidifier is operational and recommend changing pad next year along with an air conditioner maintenance. Outside condenser has debris building up on the coil .
Install aprilaire humidifier , test operation and explain how to operate and change water pad . Maintenance Rudd furnace and keeprite air conditioner. Both appliances are operating very well for being about 15 years old . No issues found with either unit .
Install duct work to addition as per duct design provided. -Materials provided, including basic supply and return registers.

Lennox furnace maintenance, Error 311 heat rate reduced to match indoor blower air flow . Replaced filter and problem did not persist . Furnace is operating well . Quote for humidifier. Customer mentioned long run times on air conditioner , condenser is very dirty , I quick explained how to clean with garden hose and have recommended a maintenance some time in the next year to verify efficiency of unit .
Lennox furnace maintenance, furnace was very clean , operating very well . Adjust second stage gas pressure back into spec as per manual . Installed new furnace filter .

Furnace and fireplace maintenance and inspection. Both the furnace and fireplace are working well at this time, found no problems or concerns during call.
Furnace maintenance, found spider webs in second burner from the right . Customer has small concern about vent termination, I found no clearance issues but mention I would take to the technician manager. Furnace is operating very well .
