To adjust your Ecobee thermostat to heat above 24C, you need to manually change the temperature set point on the thermostat or the mobile app, and ensure the maximum heating range hasn't been limited in the settings. First, tap the current temperature on the thermostat and drag it up to your desired temperature. If you are still restricted, check the Heating Range under Main Menu > Settings > Preferences to see if it has been limited.
