Lennox AC Maintenance Upon arrival Ac would not turn on. Found a broken common wire on the furnace board. Cleaned and inspected condenser coil. Inspected all electrical components. Refrigerant pressures were good. Filter was clean. Recommend to change next month. System is clean and working well. Customer to call in for payment.
Lennox Furnace Maintenance Cleaned and inspected furnace cabinet. Inspected all electrical components. All components looked good. Inspected all drainage lines, found no clogs. Furnace is in good working condition.

Refrigerant levels appear to be low. System is cooling at a 10 degree temperature drop. Unit is 15 years old. No action taken today. Inspected furnace blower and cabinet.
