Heat n Glo fireplace maintenance and inspection. Fireplace is working well and in great condition at this time. Found no problems or concerns at this time.
Replace single stage gas valve and test pressure and temp rise. Furnace operating normally
Lennox furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace had problems recently causing no heat. Checked previous error codes and found pressure switch codes related it to it being stuck open and stuck closed at times. Replaced with universal pressure switch. Performed full maintenance on unit, tested all components. Furnace is still operating safely at this time. Furnace is 13 years old so should hopefully be problem free for at least another few years. Typical life span is 15-20yrs. Found no other problems during visit
