Great experience with this company and the technicians who came out. I’m very pleased with the work.
Thank you for giving me this "official" opportunity to let you know how pleased we were with the prompt service from Trevor as he was displaying true professional characteristics during challenging situation whil;e working under extreme uncomfortable temperature on the patio!.."kudos" to him!..for us a real pleasure to have met him!! ..also the financial aspect was very properly conducted as we agreed about the charges etc !!..may I conclude??..that I had wished afterwards to have paid him by cheque instead of Tangerine ,Mastercard as I would consider that the most "secure" manner? ..and now while I am at it??..trust that that "card info"will be "destroyed as all future charges will be paid by cheque!!....I am most grateful for office staff to follow through on this matter!!
Trevor was great! Explained everything and a good sense of humor!!
Appreciate Trevor spending time explaining our systems since we just purchased our home. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Our installation technicians arrived on time and worked non stop. They were very polite and when complete gave us instructions on how both furnace and air conditioner worked. Everything was cleaned up.
Andrew is a great tech and overall communication from initial office booking to arrival time was impressive.
They made sure all was running in tip top shape before leaving. Excellent installation team.
Work Performed: Performed air conditioner maintenance on 1999 Lennox unit. Checked capacitor and contactor—both tested within normal range. Cleaned outdoor coil and verified system performance. Results: Temperature drop is within target range. Refrigerant levels are good. System is operating normally at this time.
Work Performed: Responded to no cooling call. Previously performed maintenance on May 27. Found the breaker had tripped. Investigated possible causes, including checking the capacitor and contactor—both tested within acceptable range. Also measured startup amp draw, which was 19A, and full load running amps monitored for 15 minutes was 7 amps. Results: System's startup current is within spec, though close to the breaker’s 20A limit. Rating plate indicates a minimum ampacity of 18A and a maximum overcurrent protection of 30A. The current breaker may be undersized, potentially causing nuisance tripping. Recommendation: Recommended replacing the breaker with a properly sized 30A unit. I did check truck stock but did not have a matching breaker on hand. If breaker does not continue to trip, replacement can be done during fall maintenance unless client prefers to change it sooner.
AC service call Unit had a blown capacitor Swapped capacitor Very old unit. Advised that this is most likely not going to be the last problem it has. Unit is working but unreliable
Navien NPE-180A2 Tankless Water Heater, and install 2 return air ducts

Work Performed: Responded to no cooling call for a KeepRite unit. Found that the blower motor was not receiving proper voltage and was not running. Tested motor by directly sending 120v to confirm operation—blower motor is functional when powered correctly. Unit uses a split capacitor blower motor, not ECM. Results: By bypassing control and supplying constant power to the motor, cooling is temporarily restored. System is running for now, pending further repair. Recommendation: A replacement circuit board is required to restore full proper function—quote to follow. Also recommending full maintenance on both furnace and air conditioner, as we have not serviced these units before and they would benefit from a full inspection. Comfort Club: Client may benefit from our Comfort Club membership, which includes annual maintenance, repair discounts, and priority service. Call the office for details and enrollment options.
Invoice Summary Work Performed: Responded to no cooling call on 2008 Goodman air conditioner and furnace. Found capacitor blown for the fan motor and weak reading on the compressor side. Advised client of cost and replaced the dual capacitor. Performed temperature drop test and inspected drain and outdoor unit. Results: System is now operating normally. Recommendation: Discussed regular maintenance and Comfort Club membership—client declined at this time. Left information on the Comfort Club for future consideration. Client will complete payment online.
AC service call Problem is with airflow. Return register blocked. Supply wasn’t fully open. Advised to keep registers clear for proper airflow. System doesn’t appear to be low on refrigerant. Electrical components are running ok.
Gibson AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit Inspected all electrical components Tested refrigerant pressures System is clean and cooling well
AC repair Found contactor burnt and not engaging Replaced contactor All other parts look good Refrigerant levels look good System is back up and cooling
Work Performed: Responded to an after-hours service call for a system we have not previously serviced. Found the capacitor was blown. Advised client of the replacement cost and proceeded with capacitor replacement. Results: System is operating normally at this time following capacitor replacement. Recommendation: Recommended booking a full maintenance visit at a later date, as after-hours calls are limited to urgent service only. Client may benefit from joining our Comfort Club, which includes annual maintenance, priority service, and discounts on future repairs. Contact the office for details.
