After having my yearly service on my furnace, by another company, I was told that I needed a very expensive repair so they gave me an estimate for a new one. Being a widow that has had bad experiences in the past, I decided to get a couple of estimates so I called Extreme One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They sent John Seiber the Lead Service Technician out to give me my estimate. After explaining my options he asked if he could take a looked at my furnace. To my surprise he told me that I didn't need a new furnace as there was nothing wrong with mine. Now I know why they have such great ratings for customer satisfaction!
