I arrived to perform a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. Upon arrival, customer showed me a video of the unit making the noise they had complaints about. It looks like the fan stopped a couple times then started spinning backwards. Filter needs changed. Dual cap-2.4/39 rated 45/5 LOW. Replaced dual cap. Advised client it could've just been the low cap or the defrost board could be causing the unit to do this, but I am unable to confirm it since the unit is working fine now. Will see how unit operates.
