I arrived to perform a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. First floor unit. Removed clogged filter. Found a lot of water in blower cabinet. Evap starting to freeze. Blower cap-13.5/15 LOW. Dual cap-59.8/5 rated 60/5 OK. Refrigerant levels:40/226 60SH. Condenser needs washed due to it being clogged but there is no water source anywhere outside so I’m unable to wash them. System appears to be low but coil will first need to be cleaned to confirm readings. Options if system is low after condenser is washed. Fill. Easy seal. Leak search. Replace. Customer will let me know what they decide if it comes down to it.
