Provided an estimate for installing a new light commercial package unit. Assessed the building's heating and cooling needs and recommended a 5-ton package unit for optimal performance. The estimate includes the installation of the unit, connection to existing ductwork, and setup of the thermostat control. The package unit will provide efficient heating and cooling for the commercial space.
Completed an air conditioning repair on a Goodman system. Diagnosed a faulty capacitor that was causing the compressor to malfunction. Replaced the capacitor and checked the refrigerant levels, finding them low. Recharged the system with R-410A refrigerant to restore proper cooling. Tested the compressor and blower motor to ensure smooth operation. The Goodman system is now functioning efficiently, providing consistent cooling throughout the home.
I completed a seasonal air conditioning check-up on a Rheem RA20 unit. I cleaned the condenser coils, checked and adjusted the refrigerant levels, and calibrated the thermostat. I also tested the capacitor and contactor for proper operation. Additionally, I replaced the old air filter with a MERV 13 filter. The system is now operating efficiently.
