Great service, very professional!

I have & will recommend Fairview to all my family & friends. They were the most professional and had the best deal of all the places we checked which is why we chose them to replace our system in April. The free maintenance checks the year after are another plus. Robert was professional, friendly, and took care of the service call in a timely manner.

One expensive A/C capacitor

We had our A/C serviced back in June. Based on our experience, we feel that the company charges wayyyyy too much for replacement part. A US-made dual-run A/C capacitor usually can cost up to $40 bucks but yet they had charged us 10X more. We will definitely consider other HVAC shops for future A/C service.
