Jerry came on time, replaced filters, checked A/C unit said the could go as it is but there was an original contact was showing signs of wear. He shared what the problem was, and why it would be good to replace, told him to go ahead, and he replaced it quickly. Highly recommend him and Fairview Heating.

I was not there when he serviced but my wife said he checked the furnace, and air conditioner and cleaned the A/C condenser coils and changed the filters 👍

Fall heating checkup on a heat pump system.
Fall furnace checkup on 2 Carrier furnaces.
Air conditioning check up on a Goodman heat pump system.
Checked over all cooling components for proper operation , capacitor , contactor and charge of unit , verified normal operation
Spring air conditioning checkup up on a Goodman system.
Performed regular preventative maintenance on outdoor AC package unit , checked over all cooling components (capacitor , contactor and charge ) verified all normal ranges and operation
Perform regular pm on outdoor ac package unit , check over all cooling components for proper operation , check pressure by temperatures , check capacitor , check contactor , clean off debris and dirt from condenser coil and blew out shells from tree in unit , verify normal operation
Completed a spring diagnostic and repair on a Lennox XC25 system. The unit was short-cycling due to a faulty run capacitor and low refrigerant levels. Replaced the capacitor and recharged the system with R-410A. Verified stable operation and proper airflow.
Performed seasonal maintenance on a Carrier Infinity 24VNA9. Cleaned condenser coils, checked thermostat calibration, tested refrigerant charge, and inspected blower motor amperage. System is operating at optimal cooling efficiency for spring.
