I called the customer service and able to get an appointment on the same day to check my air conditioner because it was not turning on. Grant P. came on time. He checked the air conditioner at backyard and went up to the attic to check the furnace. He was able to fix the problem right away and explained to me the problem. Today, I conducted a comprehensive seasonal maintenance check on a residential central air conditioning system. I cleaned the condenser coils, inspected refrigerant levels, tested system pressures, and ensured proper airflow through the evaporator coil. All components were operating within manufacturer specifications, preparing the system for optimal performance during the upcoming cooling season.
I recently diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning residential central air conditioning system. Using refrigeration gauges, I identified a low refrigerant charge and a minor leak in the suction line. I recovered the existing refrigerant, located and sealed the leak, then recharged the system with the proper type and quantity of R-410A refrigerant.
