We purchased our new gas stove at Barron Heating and Jacob was the installer. He arrived promptly on time, was courteous and professional. He had a new installer with him and he was kind in his conversation (s) and installing explanations with him. Once the installation was complete, Jacob reviewed all the directions for using the stove and answered any questions (no matter that a few may have been ridiculous) we had. Being a visual/hands-on learner, I appreciated that he handed me the remote and made sure I was comfortable using it. Jacob is the type of employee that any business would be lucky to have on their team.
