Not only did we get the full service on our equipment, but Malik took a concern we had about humidity back to his manager. In addition, through phone calls after our service date, the company is still working to be sure our unit is running to its optimum efficiency. They can monitor our humidity and compare it to the history of the unit. Who does this? We have never had a company care enough to follow through on a concern. First Class lives up to its name. They let no problem go. They are willing to go the extra mile to solve questions and concerns.
