Shawn was excellent!

Shawn repaired our pipe and shower head leaving us with running water and a shower again in the house. Now if we could only find the switch that keeps things happening.

Excellent service

Once again Shane was outstanding. He was to connect a gas line to a new dryer, and fond the connection on the new dryer was a different size than the gas line. He went out and found the correct adapter, hooked it up and ten made sure the dryer fit into the appropriate spot in our laundry room. Extremely satisfied with Shane’s concern to make sure everything fit properly and worked

Zoned existing system. Separated 1st and 2nd floor. Ran new wire and added thermostat to second floor. 16” and 12” zones for 1st floor and 10” zone for second floor. Installed bypass damper set to .5 static pressure. Installed zone panel, air sensor and transformer. Modified supply ductwork for zoning to work properly and added return ductwork. Customer would like estimate to add a supply in bonus room on second floor.

Customer stating first floor at 80 degrees and baseboards hot with thermostat off, went to boiler to found a bad first floor zone valve stuck in open position, replaced first floor zone valve and tested system, zone valve opened and closed. Also while I was here coil was frozen last night, coil thawed out so checked pressures for first floor condenser which were normal, coil was frozen due to bad capacitor not allowing blower to come on. Both systems operational.

Completed annual ac tune up of one system. Customer washed her washable filters upon my arrival. Found no issues to report at this time of service. Recommend indoor air quality package.

Arrived at customers home to attempt to clear a backed up kitchen sink. Ran pistol snake for approximately ten minutes but as stated previously to property owner I suspect that it is grease and that jetting line might clear blockage but best solution to fix issue is to replace compromised section of pipe.

Came to home to find boiler room with puddle of water, noticed air vent dripping water, which at first was leaking down back of boiler, vacuumed all the water with shop vac changed air vent on boiler and cracked air vent to allow air to pass through, filled boiler up and let run, while boiler was running noticed water coming from center section of boiler and dripping onto ground, system is only two years old but will need center section of boiler to stop leak, customer will use boiler accordingly if they have to.

Performed annual maintenance on air conditioning system with MA. Changed main floor return filter 14x30x1, cleared condensate trap, couldn’t clean indoor coil due to zone panel attached to door, tested capacitor was slightly out of range, temperature difference was 16, at condenser tested pressures which were normal, outdoor coil in very poor condition, capacitor tested in range, contactor in good shape. Customer would like estimate for replacement system is on its last leg. As of right now system is operational and working.

Arrived at customers home to replace old gauge and valve on tank tee. I recommended to the customer to change whole tank tee but customer said they would much rather swap out complete tank and would like an estimate to get the work done.

Completed annual ac tune up of one system. Found r22 system low on refrigerant. Last time system was charged was 2019. Customer advised they do have a leak somewhere which is why they have to keep recharging system. After recharge temperature split was 18.9 degrees.
