installed 24k btu Mitsubishi hyper heat pump condenser with 18k horizontal ducted air handler in attic and 6k wall mounted indoor unit in bedroom. 4 supplies, 1 central 15†return. 14x24x1 filter, Honeywell redlink wireless thermostat. New linehide, linesets, drain lines and wiring. Started and tested.
Performed duct cleaning on 9 supply vents and 1 return vent. Tapped up duct work and resecured. Install UVC lamp on upstairs air handler. Tested lamp. OK.
Completed annual ac tune up of one system. Customer replaced merv 11 air filter less than a month ago. Filter is brand new. Cleared drain. Took temperatures and pressures. Cleaned both indoor and outdoor coils. Found duct work to be dirty , recommend duct cleaning. Also recommended a uv system to prevent any growth within brand new system.
The fill valve was clogged from start up unit. I replaced fill valve and checked for leaks, no leaks at this time. I also adjusted the fill valve and flushed approximately 2 times. Everything is working properly at this time. I thanked the customer and left.
This is to replace current water softener with a new asp2 well sanitizing unit and remove the old filter and replace it with a uv light filter combo to help with the bacteria. We will also have to cut some sheet rock to run our drain line we are not responsible to fix it. Folks arrived on 08/05/2021 to install water treatment system. Upon arrival I turned the water off to the house and began to remove the old water softener. I then piped the new one Into the closet where the customer wanted it. I then mounted the uv light filter combo to the wall and piped everything back together. I then ran the drain line into the garage and connected to the stand pipe with an air g and check valve. I then turned the water back on and checked for leaks, there are no leaks at this time. I then filled the unit up and backwashed it to get the air out. I then tested the water and programmed the unit to 21 grains of hardness. I went over the system and showed customer how to change the filter. Customer w
Hardness 18 Ph 7 Iron 0 Tds 281 Folks arrived for a free water quality test. Upon arrival I was brought over to the existing softener and filter. I inspected everything and told the customer the unit was on the older side and also noticed it was not piped in correctly. I then tested the water and noticed that the softener was not working correctly. I left some estimates for the customer to look over. Custer also stated that there was a problem with the furnace and wanted some one to look at it. I then thanked the customer for choosing folks and left.
Unit was not coming on when I arrived boiler was cold, sensor in Aquastat went bad. Replaced sensor system turned on. After running unit found out Filtrol also went bad, unit was leaking at relief valve which was recently replaced. Tested two heating zones. Tested unit. System operational.
