Found emergency drain pan filled with water. Float switch never shutdown system and pan overflowed onto ceiling. Checked operation and installation of system. Condenser still turning on/off every few minutes. Tried moving air sensor a few feet farther away from coil. Still doing same thing. Looked at zone dampers again. Opening and closing normally. Need to replace blower or replace furnace.
