Customer ad system freeze up on him upon arrival I tested pressures low side at 67 with a super heat of 3.7, high side at 280 with super cool of 19.2. System has brand new return filter but I did notice hydro coil was very dirty cleaned hydro coil. No restrictions on air flow at this time and pressures are normal, would say if it freezes over again may have a intermittent issue with blower wheel. And saw puddle marks from boiler but only small puddle of water behind unit, pressure of boiler looks good and relief valve no signs of leaking.

Called out to replace a hose bibb in the front of the house. After getting approval to remove the old hose bibb I shut the valve leading to the hose bibb. I then removed the old one and installed a new 10” frost free hose bibb. I opened the water and there are no signs of leaks. Cleaned up and collected payment. The work done here today has a one year warranty.

Referral from Phillipstown local facebook group. Estimate for 1 Ductless unit and possibly moving a thermostat. Single family home. Oil system. Currently does not have central air. No AC in home.

Called out for a leaking hose bibb. After speaking with the customer regarding the replacement of the hose bibb I gave an estimate for the job. The customer wants to move forward with the work so we will come back out to replace the hose bibb on another day.

No Ac for first floor system. Found condenser capacitor to be defective. Replaced with Turbo 200 compressor and fan started up. Checked temperatures and pressures. System is operating and blowing out cold air.

Completed annual maintenance on all three AC units. Tested all capacitors which tested normal, customer changed all filters, cleared all condensate drain lines, cleaned all inside air handlers coils. At condensers check pressures on three units which all tested normal, all have new capacitors done last year, brushed coils and removed trees surrounding units for better air flow. All systems operational and working. Customer renewed maintenance agreement for three systems.

Ac cooling customer just concerned about air flow. One vent in living room not blowing, checked air handler coil was very dusty. Vacuumed as much dust as possible off coils and sprayed with cleaner. Checked dampers which were all open. Tested pressures which were normal. Everything operational.

Returned to customers home to move toilet so the bathroom door would close.loosened bolts and moved toilet over.door is closing and all working well.
