Installed 2 30k btu Mitsubishi hyper heat pump condenser with matching 30k btu multi position air handlers.(1st and 2nd floor). All new ductwork 6 supplies 1 central return for each system. New drain pan with float switch. Drain plumbing, vinyl tubing and condensate pump. New linehide, linesets and wiring. MHK2 wireless red link thermostats for each system. *Electrical work needs to be completed and then we can return to start up systems. 12/13/21-installed WiFi interfaces on both systems setup with homeowner. Started and tested both systems, Job complete

Will have to return when tech support is open. Attempted to call and they were closed it is a phantom boiler made by velocity boiler works. Flame comes on for 5 seconds and fires up. It keeps repeating cycle over and over without any error codes. I checked LP pressure, pressure was normal. Customer has propane in both tanks. Removed flame sensor and igniters, both were dirty, I cleaned them off and flame ran for maybe 2 seconds longer but still kicks off after 5 seconds and repeats cycle. Does not shut down after a certain amount of attempts to produce a lock out code. We will have to return when tech support is open.

Service for well system evaluation: Arrived to customers home. No one was home. Customer gave me the passcode to their garage. Went to the room after the garage. Checked the well tank and examined the well tank. Well tank is full of water, indicating that the diaphragm in the tank is not functioning properly. Went outside to look for the well head but could not locate. Went back to the utility room to test ohm, amperage, and continuity. Well pump is working but highly suggest to replace as well pump. Gave estimates for several well system options and also a softener system. Customer was in the house briefly but left. Connected the wire back together and turned the well back on. Heard water going down the waste pipe. Called the customer to ask them if they left a faucet running before they left but claims that they didn’t. Sent estimates to the email as well. Paid evaluation fee

Hardness 14 Ph 7 Tds 166 Iron This is for the plumbing maintenance agreement Folkes arrived on 11/16/2021 for a few issues. Upon arrival I started with the bathroom faucet, it is leaking from the handles when you turn the water on. I explained that it may be them stems on the inside and they can be replaced but it is not a guaranteed fix. It would be better to replace the whole faucet. I then went over to the toilet and recommended a rebuild on the inside of the tank as well as possibly replacing the whole toilet. Customer is going to talk it over and get back to us. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.

Customer had no power for RH on thermostat went to boiler and noticed emergency switch was off going downstairs, flipped switch and turned first floor thermostat on, boiler came on after I had to relight pilot, let run for 5 minutes and pilot went out again, tested thermocouple and found it only putting out 15 MV, replaced thermocouple and tested boiler stayed running, first floor baseboards got hot, second floor pipes got hot, cycled boiler numerous times, pilot stayed lit and waited until boiler cut off at temperature. System operational and working.

Arrived at customers home to inspect a leak coming from a pump that circulates chlorine into the water softener. The leak was coming from the base of the pump. I did not have proper material to make repairs and I tried to call the pump manufacturer to order the part that is needed but they was closed at the time I called. Customer simply turned the pump off to stop the leak but we need to order the correct part and return.

Service for pump kicking on and off rapidly. Arrived to meet customer who had just installed new well pump at there home. Customer explained he has done it before but this time it was kicking on and off and draining back down the well. Found that the check valve down the well was not holding and the tank needed air in it. Customer explained he knew how to do it he just needed the brains to get him going. Customer is satisfied with service. He is going to make all the repairs needed.

Customer had installed nest thermostat for first floor, had to charge thermostat, pulled thermostat off wall and found it did not have enough wires only had three wires connected to Honeywell zone panel in attic, customer will need new thermostat wire run from first floor to attic will need holesaw and extension to go through support beams of home only has a small hole where a tied thermostat wire won’t fit through hole, also would like a second thermostat wire run for second floor thermostat so he can eventually install a nest on second floor as well. Customer would like work performed Monday if all possible. Emailed estimate for customer to run wire.

Folks arrived on 07/28/2021 to inspect the well system. Upon arrival I noticed the pressure in the faucet in the downstairs bathroom was very low. I started by checking the filter, it was clogged I screwed the housing back up with no filter in it to check pressure. The pressure was better. I then checked the ohms from the pressure switch to the pump to check the pump I got a bad reading. I then went out to the pump and tested the wires going down to pump and wires going to the house. The wires going to the pump were good and showing that the pump was in good shape. I then checked the wires to the house and it was showing that the wires were bad going to the house. I’m going to recommend replacing the whole house filter to something bigger as well as a uv light to kill the bacteria. I’m also going to recommend replacing the wires from the house to the well.I then thanked the customer for choosing folks and left. This is for going over the whole system
