Force Home Shield is not about price ,in my opinion... They are not the highest they were sure not the lowest but they are competitive. However,What sets them apart is there incredible commitment to professional courteous service from answering the phone to getting your workplace to working with the plumbers. Every member of the staff so far to me has been outstanding Today I made a call August 13th 2022 issues to my water here rather than make excuses for delays to maybe come out at a later date cuz it's a Saturday they did everything that they possibly could to make sure it was taken care of today No hot water= no showers, no laundry etc ya'll get the picture. 2 hours or so Michael A.and Michael B. Both came out and although my issue was not a big one this time I was treated as if it was and they were there to solve it. And of course I want to compliment Laura and those who help from the phone in to keep everyone in good spirits and take a positive approach to come in and out and getting the job done Thank you force home for your overall professionalism and I apologize for the long repeat. I've been a your customer for about 3 years. Yesterday it was the first time when I need urgent service. My AC stopped cooling and the outside temperature was 104 F. In these hot days the AC technicians are probably the most demanded workers. My order was processed relatively quickly and the technician came the next day and fixed the AC. Thanks a lot!

Not all heroes wear capes. Jorge and his crew worked in 100+ degree heat and did a fantastic job. When they left, it was like they had never been here. Everything was cleaned up and put back in its place. This is indicative of the company overall.

We paid a significant cost (cash) for a supposedly quality 2-stage unit and I really cannot detect any difference. The sales rep promised us “uniform” cooling within 2 degrees throughout our home but our son’s room is still significantly hotter than the rest of the house.
