Preston came out and got straight into the entire AC system and graciously answered most of my questions and explained a lot of the things I needed to know as a new homeowner and cleaned out everything he could find that needed it.

Install breathe easy stages one through four. Pulled and clean blower wheel. Will need to return with new blower motor upon return ionizer needs to be installed and two filters need to be brought to customer aprilaire 113.
Came out to job. Cleaned unit. Checked wiring and components and all checked out. Fan was not making noise today. Changed filter for unit. Unit cooling on departure.

Recommended installing previously quoted air pollutant solutions to treat considerable amounts of growth in unit and ducts. System is clean and functioning normally upon my departure. Client left but emailed invoice, quotes and summary. I need to return Monday, will call Mr. Adams beforehand.
Arrived on call customer thought she needed refrigerant, checked system found refrigerant is perfect, system is older and noticed a lot o.f rust coming from drain, may not last much longer.
Came out to job. Replaced uv light that had gone bad. Light working on departure.

Arrived on call to perform tuneup/inspection Cycled system in heat and cool, checked all components plus cleaned and flushed drains, found the evap coil rusted, no leaks at time, did find a busted seal on outdoor fan motor and a weak motor controller, Note fan motor may not last long, as of now the system is working.

Came out to job. Unit was coming on but seemed to be short cycling. Cooled compressor off and issue quit. Also found a bunch of water in secondary pan that couldâ€™ve been tripping float switch. Cleared it out as well. Unit cooling on departure.
