I call Freedom at about 4 in the evening on a Sunday. They sent Carlos to my house the next day. He was very polite, diagnose the problem quickly and for less than $300 I had heat working in my house. I would definitely recommend Carlos, he really seemed to know what he was doing.

Upon arrival to a FCCPTU call. The technician performed a full service inspection and tune up. Checked all electrical components. The system is currently in proper running condition. Cleaned up, everything working properly upon departure.
Upon arrival for a FCCPTU call the technician arrived on this date to perform a FCC tune up. The technician also did a service call for no cooling, then during that found the thermostat was bad. Checked the amps, the pressures, and caps. Found that neither the indoor or outdoor units have surge protection.

Install a 2 ton HP & AH 5kw strips, pad pan, and a NEST thermostat.
Customer has not turned on AC in 3 years. Would not even run. Contemplating replacement quote.
Upon arrival to a FILTER call. The technician performed a plumbing inspection, everything checked out fine. Found small leak on toilet in extra bathroom. Replaced filter, cleaned up upon departure.

Upon arrival to a NH call. The technician performed a maintenance check for no heat with system. Then replaced the inducer motor and checked operation. Everything working properly upon departure.
Upon arrival to a NC call. The client installed a nest E thermostat. Upon inspection, found that o/b setting was set up as 2nd stage cooling. Reprogrammed thermostat to proper settings. Tested operation on both systems and are currently operating properly upon departure.
