The client had us come out to check some slow drains. We ran a snake through the main sewer line and discovered that some roots had grown into the older pipes. We showed them the video footage of where the problem was and gave an estimate for repairs. They called back the next day and we will change out the sewer lines next week.
Done fall HVAC maintenance. Checked the furnace. Checked the freon. Everything is working fine.
Performed air conditioning maintenance on a system for homeowner. This important service will ensure a cooler home all summer long with lower energy bills. It also helps the unit work better for longer.
Replaced condensate pump because the old one had stopped working
Arrived on this date for single unit maintenance (upstairs unit). Replaced filter and BGI bulb. Customer paid via card. System electric components checked out good as well as refrigerant levels. System was operating upon departure.
On arrival myself and Michael W. cycled system for heating and cooling. We checked the blower and cleaning its components. Checked the burner for proper ignition and testing the flame sensor for accurate operation. Checked that all electrical connections are tight and examining the wiring for signs of rust and corrosion. Testing for the unit’s safety controls. Checked the 213 furnace’s air filter and uv bulb. We found uv bulb busted and replaced customer paid with a check. Clean the outside unit with coil cleaner and tested components system is functioning properly upon our completion.
Was unable to identify ticking noise. 30 day warranty Informed customer to record if issue occurs again. Units heating properly upon departure.
I arrived for a maintenance tune up. Found leaks in coil an they are rusty, dirty blower wheel, customer doesn’t want advisor out.
Fan motor bad need to call climatic Tuesday when they open up and get it replaced.
I arrived today on a service call. I replaced the flame rollout switch and the system was back up and running. The customer paid for the repair with a check.
