On fall maintenance I checked and cleaned 2 units. I checked the burner for proper ignition and testing the flames. Look at the vent system for leaks or blockages. Examined the heat exchangers for signs of corrosion and cracks. Checked that all electrical connections are tight and examining the wiring for signs of burns and corrosion. Testing that the system’s startup cycle is functioning correctly in heating. I did find condensation pump not functioning correctly replaced the pump. All systems working properly upon my departure.
Found algae in condensate pump, cleared and restarted system. System operating properly.
I arrived today on a two system Maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on both systems to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that it was bacterial growth in the duct system upstairs so I installed a stage 4 . I also installed two stage 2s to kill dust and bacterial in evap coil and prevent it from being impacted as well as replace the filter and stage 4 cell downstairs.
Arrived today found system not running due to programming in tstat was on a wired run schedule so I removed it and system is back up and running collected $39 by card for reprogram and system is operating properly now

Found drain plugged and off on float switch, cleared drain and restarted system. System operating properly.
Come out no cooling upstairs system and it new found compressor not running due to bad secondary motor controller so I gave him the option to replace with normal cap with no warranty or the turbo cap to give 5 yr warranty on part and he went with turbo so installed it got system back running and told him to go head and get service agreement but he declined cause he has really good home warranty and says they cover some cleanings but he said he would call us for it. Also left some estimates on some Iaq but most of his duct is brand new. Other than that all is functioning properly and collected $571 by card.
