On arrival for $69 ptu I checked and clean unit. I cycled system in heating and checked components. I checked thermostat and electrical components. I checked system for leaks and didn’t find any issues. I cleaned evap coil with cleaner, I spoke with son about some things to also replacing 1 in. filters. I examined wires, amps, blower motor, and voltage. I checked everything out on the outside on SMC is building up rust but still operating. I cleaned condenser coil with cleaner, checked refrigerant, and restarted the unit. Completed inspection system operating properly upon my departure. Customer would like copy of receipt sent to home of address.
On this date preformed a tune up found microbial growth in the duct work informed the customer.
Arrived on call no cooling upon inspection found a loose wire connection, fixed and replaced capacitor, system working as should.
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit such as evap coil, motors, cooling,heating, wirings and switches. Checked outdoor unit such as fan motor, compressor, contractor, battery cap and wirings. Washed outdoor unit

Found considerable amounts of bacterial growth inside the system, UV system is also burned out. Both secondary motor controllers are weak and need replacing (13.9/15 uf and 39.2/45 uf). No surge protection. System is older and showing signs of age, but is functioning normally upon my departure. These items will need to be done to assure the safe, efficient and long term operation of your system.

Found black marks and pitting on contactor informed customer and replaced cleaned system. System running with a 21 degree delta-T upon departure
Installed hepa filter and air purification systems.
Upon arrival to a no cooling call, checked the system. Upon checking the system, found a clogged coil, cleaned the coil. Spoke to the client about our FCC service agreement, they then purchased it. Client still has a bad blower motor, the landlord is addressing that issue. Cleaned up, everything else working as well as it can.
Upon arrival found slight microbial growth in the unit. All other parts of the system are functioning properly at this time. The system was properly cleaned, and inspected.
