Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient...
Our problem had solved itself by the time your technician arrived but he checked it over anyway to be sure it didn't occur again. We appreciated that!
Blake was professional, courteous, respectful, honest, reliable, competent and efficient. This list of attributes is rarely found in service industry employees in this day. Truly unprecedented and refreshing. The Freedom Heating and Cooling front office staff were likewise professional, thoughtful, and respectful.
Freedom Hearing and Cooling gave me an initial estimate, but then price matched another estimate that was about $900 less. That was awesome.
Joe is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AC professional. A pleasure to work with.
Response from Freedom Heating and Cooling:
Sandy, thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review. We appreciate your business.
My problem was diagnosed, by your tech, that I needed a new compressor at a cost of about $2000. I have a service contract with a another company. I got a second opinion. Their tech found a frayed wire and was able to fix the problem. The compressor checked our with no problems and is up and running. If you would like to discuss you can call me. You have my number on file.
Freedom continues to give me good, dependable service. As a landlord I need this type of service for my tenants. Thanks
Will use them again.
