Upon arrival checked system for cooling inspection and, found an under amping second motor controller replace it. Blake approve customer’s post pone check for June 23, 2022
Came out to job. Found ice around bottom of system. Thawed out ice and placed sensor lower to defrost entire system. Also found heat strips not coming on due to breaker being bad. Replaced breaker and all is coming on now. System is heating on departure.
System is 11yrs old. Fan blade and motor needs replaced. Blower motor needs replaced. Primary and secondary motor controls are not functioning properly and needs replaced. System is not running upon departure.
Performed heat check. Found no areas of concern. System running properly upon departure.
Arrived for noise complaint upon further inspection Found that condenser fan plastic wire harness adhesive had come loose And was allowing wires to sag so when fan was running or shutting down fan blades were making contact on core Tex wire protector Cycled system again multiple times And also checked fan blades for any damage or obstruction everything is working properly at this time Also informed customer that service agreement was up for renewal 1 yr $149.00 or buy 2 get 3 for free for $298.00 Also showed customer filter needed to be replaced And they will contact office when ready to decide with maintenance agreement they’re are wanting to do and purchase new filter at that time as well
Arrived to find out why fan was not working. Fan motor was overheating. Swapped out capacitor and still having issues. Unit needs to be replaced.
Performed a fcc tune up, checked all components of the system, cleaned system and everything is operating as it should.
