I only contacted this agency to get my a/c serviced. My a/c was cooling fine before the technician serviced it. After he left my a/c stopped cooling altogether. the temperature is steady rising in my home. I was ripped off!

Made customer a Maintenance arrangement for 298 replacement for return grill
Arrived this date for service double check delta t upon Spector service resquest’ found clogged filter replaced it. Delta t is at 17.8 degrees unit is operating perfectly upon departure
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit and leaking evap coil. Checked outdoor unit and refrigerant level was low.
Found drain line clogged and faulty float switch, blew out drain line and replaced float switch. System functioning and draining properly upon departure. These are the items needed to ensure the proper operation and comfort of your home.
On this date preformed a tune up of 2 systems with no issues being found.

Upon arrival found Rollout switches bad. On order at Johnstone in Trussville
On this date preformed a tune up on the furnace. Found no issues unit is working properly. Did notice duct joints coming loose recommended a duct seal to the home owner.
Arrived on no heat Upon inspection found wasps and a grass hopper were hindering inducer draft motor from operating Clear debris and fired unit back System heating at this time
Did requirement that the inspector wanted enlarged the piece of plywood surrounding the 4 inch vent pipe so there is 1 inch clearance all the way around, The Plenum was dirty Areas of concern popping up as a precautionary measure we went ahead and installed a bacterial growth suppressor inhibitor fogged the system with antimicrobial solution and also cleaned the Plenum
Two system tune up clean both outdoor system and indoor system cut heat on both systems very clean and duct work looks good no bacterial growth at this time
2005 trane 3 piece Clean condenser coils check refrigerant levels and electrical components. Cap is weak but working. Refrigerant was pretty low below freezing point. Check evap coil for leaks found multiple leaks on bottom of coil. Bottom half of coil starting to ice up when ac mode is on.
Upon arrival preformed tune up washed coils checked all electrical components everything checked out okay system running properly upon departure
