The technician (Eric) came out to perform a semiannual tune up on my two HVAC systems. He explained everything he did, both in person and on the invoice. He was friendly and polite, and seemed very knowledgeable. I always feel like Freedom Heating and Cooling treats me right. I'll be glad to continue conducting business with them in the future.

2ton Heat pump and air handler
Unit was working properly upon arrival. Did come across that the filter was dirty so I replaced it and both duct systems did have some bacterial growth.
Checked out 4 systems, cleared drains, rinsed out side coils and installed 2 contactors, 2 easy starts, and two torque boosters.
performed 3 system ptu installed 3 april aie filers and sold s/a collected cash 1107
Had to pick up 20x25x4 filter from Wittichen. Check and clean 2 units everything is working properly upon departure.
Customer would like to speak with husband about Fccptu on all four systems at 5 yrs. for $1000.00 quoted today. Changed contactor, run cap, and added easy start. System operating properly.
