The client called us out to repair their AC unit. Upon inspection, we found dirty air filters, the evaporator was also dirty, and the drainage was clogged with debris and pet hair. We cleaned up the unit and resolved the problems. We recommended a tune-up every six months to avoid issues in the future.
This client had us out for an estimate to repair or replace their older AC unit. We did a thorough inspection of their home and found duct issues and leaking windows as well as electrical problems with the old system. We gave them several options and suggestions. They were happy with our professional expertise.
Come out no ac found outdoor in a hard lock out so reset it and checked cooling and all was good in ac so turned to heat pump and system starting going low and started freezing talked to scurlock to confirm that it’s outdoor txv called climatic said it should be in Wednesday sometime so we can come back Thursday or Friday to put on. Ac is working and they got gas back up heat so they be fine till we come back collected $40 cash.

I arrived for a maintenance tune up. Found mold on Burnt out coil light filter was replaced an customer wants me to come out to do an UV build replacement for 189.00
Arrived to no cool. System not on at all and thermostat blank. System not getting power due to wire damage in breaker box. Needs a master electrician out to repair those breakers and replace fuses.
Arrived to system not running upon inspection found pump unplugged upon plugged it back in and made sure system cycled like it should all is running at this time
