The client contacted us about their old water heater. Unfortunately, there was so much sediment build-up, that the anode rod was rusty. We gave an estimate for the repair and the costs for replacement as well. The client decided to repair it at the moment.
The client recently purchased a fixer-upper and was interested in a new HVAC system to be installed during renovations. We discussed the advantages of several systems and chose the best option for their budget and needs.
Air conditioner repair needed in Trussville. Replaced part and all is working well right now
Checked all electrical on systems and cycled systems on and off and everything looks good at this time
Arrived on this day for maintenance tune up of 4 units. Checked all electrical components everything was good. Added two compressor east start kits. Cleaned evap coils and condenser. Customer paid via card. Systems were functioning properly upon departure.

I arrived today on a two system maintenance tuneup.I checked everything on both indoor and both outdoor systems to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that both of the battery caps were bad as well as the start relays. Also I found some bacterial growth that was starting to grow inside of the air handler.

Found furnace doors not attached causing door switch not to be pushed in. System cooling upon departure.

On arrival for Furnace tune up I check to make sure that no harmful flue gases are leaking through the heat exchanger or out of the combustion chamber. Inspected the heat exchanger for rust, corrosion, or faulty installation. I did found a dirty blower assembly, bio growth in ducts, and ash buildup from the exhaust pipe. I informed customer of my concerns and signed them up for maintenance agreement to keep an eye on things. System operating properly upon my departure.
Replaced the hot surface igniter,system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 315.70
