The client was searching for a new contractor after a negative experience with another company. We performed maintenance on various units in several of his rental units. He was impressed by our quick and efficient service as well as our competitive prices.
The client called us for a problem with their air conditioner. Upon inspection, we found the unit was very low on refrigerant. We found the leak, repaired it, and refilled the unit with refrigerant. The AC was functioning well when we finished. The client was happy to be nice and cool again.
The client contacted us about their old water heater. Unfortunately, there was so much sediment build-up, that the anode rod was rusty. We gave an estimate for the repair and the costs for replacement as well. The client decided to repair it at the moment.
The client recently purchased a fixer-upper and was interested in a new HVAC system to be installed during renovations. We discussed the advantages of several systems and chose the best option for their budget and needs.

Checked all electrical on systems and cycled systems on and off and everything looks good at this time
Arrived on this day for maintenance tune up of 4 units. Checked all electrical components everything was good. Added two compressor east start kits. Cleaned evap coils and condenser. Customer paid via card. Systems were functioning properly upon departure.

Arrived to scheduled system maintenance. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Cleaned evaporator and condenser coils. Changed filter to downstairs unit. Both systems running properly upon departure.
I arrived today on a two system maintenance tuneup.I checked everything on both indoor and both outdoor systems to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that both of the battery caps were bad as well as the start relays. Also I found some bacterial growth that was starting to grow inside of the air handler.
