This is the second time Vincent has come to my home always very professional very courteous and never leaves until I have all my questions answered and problem solved.
Nest schedule was on ,I took all of the temps off of the nest, system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 39.00
I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on the system to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did come across that the filter and the uv bulb was bad so I replaced both of them.
Arrived on call no cooling upon inspection found pan with water in it, cleaned cycled system all working as should.
System was not making the same sound that customer claimed it was making while I was here. I looked at the system overall. Duct work is intact, pressures looked good. Found no issues over all with the system. System is functioning properly upon departure.
Arrived to call found breaker tripped on air handler. Reset breaker. Rated for 60 amps and it’s pulling less that 42. Customer mentioned the power has been off and on with nearby construction. This could be the cause.
Reversing value stuck in heat mode ,30 years old he is just gonna replace it, 7500 is the price. He is gonna pay with his card. Will return 3- 5 business days to replace system.
Arrived on call to add refrigerant. Checked charge to find low, added 2 pounds of r410a.
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit. Checked outdoor unit.
Performed ptu system works as it should.

Arrived for no cool found condenser unit not coming on Found bad capacitor Changed out capacitor unit will run but only for few minutes before shutting down and would not come back on after Checked pressures unit is low on refrigerant We will return Monday 12/2/19 to consult with client on new system Compressor is also winding as well as blower motor Unit is 3 ton air handler age is 12yrs Also if client proceeds with new unit to subtract today’s cost
Unit is not working upon arrival. Found thermostat not completely connected into backplate on the wall. Reconnected thermostat to backplate and all is working well upon departure.
Performed a 39 point tune up on a Goodman system, cleaned , checked connections, coils, debris that might be clogging system, all other components.
Performed a precision tune up, cleaned system checked all components of system and everything is operating as it should.
