My unit was dead at 4:30 pm. The technician arrived at 6:15 but could not fix the problem that evening. The second technician did not arrive the next day until 4:30. Finished after 9pm that night. In my opinion this was a scheduling problem. With a dead unit I think a technician should have been dispatched much earlier in the day. Fuller does good work but this job should not have been done in the darknon a Friday night.
